Fuels Accounting and Transaction Management
- View a journal summary of each day’s transaction data, with one column for each transaction type and a beginning inventory for the selected month.
- Quickly add, modify, view or print a single day’s or multiple days’ transactions.
- Record notes to any individual transaction using the memo function.
- Utilize a simple, step-by-step query function to build ad-hoc queries on all transaction data. All results are then presented in a standard ledger format. The user is allowed to select fields to display, as well as build complex statements to filter the data in almost any way they choose. The query results can also be saved to a file (.csv format) or printed.
- Integrate inventory or transaction data with SAP via a SAP-certified IS-TAS interface.
- Import transactions from computers at automated or manual operated fuel service stations.
