Fuel Resource Management
- Easily build a database of training requirements for any location. The trainer can record which personnel have completed the required training and when they require retraining. This allows the dispatcher to easily match qualified personnel to the available equipment and task at hand.
- Provide alerts against personnel that are requested to perform a fueling activity for which they are not qualified.
- Define and document fuel quality tests, when the tests should be performed and the acceptable results. The information can then be made available to other FuelsManager® applications.
- Document equipment inspections. For example, a refueling truck failing a scheduled quality control test can be made unavailable in the system for dispatch.
