FuelsManager Aviation - A Centralized Enterprise Fuel Management Solution
FuelsManager Aviation runs from Varec's Data Center as a collection of application software services. The Varec Data Center replaces local client and server workstations to provide a centralized enterprise system. This means all users are able to connect to the Varec Data Center remotely to access the specific software application they use - IntoPlane, Dispatch or Fuel Accounting. Each software application shares data to provide local end users with real-time information and status updates, while also providing remote users corporate-wide overviews and administration of all FuelsManager airport installations.
Enterprise Reporting
- Automated Reporting Services. Single point access allows each authorized user to create and view enterprise-wide (global, regional or local) activity reports from all airport locations. Reports can also be automatically exported and delivered via email to designated users.
- Integrate with Microsoft® Office. Quickly export data in various file formats. For example, use Microsoft Excel’s features to aggregate data or create professional charts and graphs. Alternatively, a standard CSV file can be exported from FuelsManager and imported into other third-party systems.
- Web Fuel Ticketing. Aircraft fuel ticket information can be entered over the Internet or your Intranet. This allows you a very cost-effective ticketing solution for smaller airport operations.

Varec's Data Center is located in a certified Tier 4 facility. It is capable of providing mission critical uptime and availability with multiple active power and cooling distribution paths, redundant components and proven fault tolerance for industry-wide fueling operations.
Reducing IT Support Requirements and Capital Expenditure
Operating as an application service, Varec’s entire FuelsManager Aviation solution is accessed remotely via a VPN connection from any computer. This means that there is no local software to install, servers to manage or databases to maintain. All technical support and Data Center maintenance is performed directly by Varec - significantly reducing an airline’s capital expenditure. The airlines IT department no longer needs to be concerned with ongoing server maintenance, software or hardware upgrades.

Varec has extensive experience in integrating FuelsManager with ERP systems and third-party business partners, such as SAP, to enable e-business. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, our enterprise solutions have utilized redundant server configurations, Microsoft Clustering Services, SQL Server databases, Reporting Services and Internet Information Server to provide reliable access to data worldwide.
We realize the additional time and costs for an airline when undertaking an IT integration project. To reduce this burden, Varec development engineers work with airlines to ensure a seamless transfer of all airline flight schedules and fuel loads to Varec's data center in a single data stream. Once the complete data feed has been established, flight schedules and fuel load information can be easily filtered directly at Varec's Data Center. This allows the airline to decide which airports to automate with minimal or typically no further airline IT effort, life cycle 
support requirements or capital expenditure.
- Static Flight Schedules. Allow your dispatchers to plan and manage resources more effectively! FuelsManager Aviation is able to import (a flat data file) standard airline marketing schedules for use with dispatch management.
- FIDS. React quickly to flight schedule and gate changes! The FIDS interface provides FuelsManager Aviation real-time flight information updates for use with dispatch and into-plane operations.
- Fuel Loads. Reduce the effort required to collect, document and deliver fuel load information! This interface receives and collates fueling data and dispatched fuel orders in real-time for use with dispatch and into-plane operations.
- eFuel Ticket. Improve your operations and save time by automatically verifying aircraft fuel loads! This real-time interface shares the completed electronic fuel ticket and associated data with an airline for final verification by weights and balances and ACARS messaging.
- ExSTARS. Have the confidence of knowing your ExSTARS report is accurately submitted to the IRS on time, each and every month! The required EDI file is automatically calculated and includes a daily summary of all receipts and issues, product returns/credits, book adjustments, daily net totals and end-of-month physical inventories.
