Efficiently Manage and Process Fuel Transactions
FuelsManager provides a browser-based user interface for securely processing fuel-related transactions from the local to the enterprise level on a daily basis.
- View a summary of each day’s transaction data in the accounting journal. Data is sorted by months in easy to read columns for each transaction type and beginning inventory.
- Quickly add, modify, view or print a single day’s or multiple days’ transactions.
- Record notes to any individual transaction using the memo function.
- Easily filter data by product, operator or other values with a single click.
- Utilize a simple, step-by-step query function to build ad-hoc queries on all transaction data. All results are then presented in a standard ledger format. The user is allowed to select fields to display, as well as build complex statements to filter the data in almost any way they choose.
Save query results to a file (.csv format) or print them on demand. - Import transactions from computers at automated or manual operated fuel service stations.
