Enterprise Edition Access and view aggregated data from all facilities - Simple table formats provide clear and concise views that can be organized or exported with a single click

Enabling Enterprise Business

FuelsManager Enterprise edition provides corporate-wide overviews and administration of all FuelsManager installations. Remote users are able to connect to a FuelsManager Enterprise Server to access data aggregated from multiple sites or run queries to create custom reports based on their unique requirements or business function. Simple table formats provide a clear and concise view that can be organized by a single click. Varec has extensive experience in integrating FuelsManager with ERP or corporate order systems, such as SAP and third-party business partners to integrate, transfer and share data throughout your company and with your customers’ systems.

Enterprise Server

The FuelsManager Enterprise server is the central point for configuration, aggregation and storage of all data across the entire enterprise system. Each Standard or Professional Edition FuelsManager PC can be connected to the FuelsManager Enterprise server located at the Company Headquarters.  This allows individual departments, such as IT, logistics, maintenance or accounting, to access local facility inventory data over the Internet/Intranet using Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser. It utilizes the latest web-based Microsoft technology, such as .NET and SQL Reporting Services and, when installed on a high-availability server PC with Microsoft Cluster Services, it provides maximum reliability and access to your data.

ERP System Integration

Automatically download master data, such as products, drivers, trucks, trailers, orders and bulk shipment schedules from ERP systems, such as SAP, and upload transaction information to reduce operations costs and improve accuracy of data.  For example, receive e-commerce orders from your customers’ systems and provide electronic order confirmation, delivery notifications and e-mail reports to reduce manual data entry errors and speed up invoicing.

Facility Level Users

Each local installation of FuelsManager that is connected to the enterprise system synchronizes data with the FuelsManager Enterprise server in real-time or at defined intervals based on customer requirements. All data is current when the user first logs in and can be refreshed manually as required, providing up-to-date information you can rely on. At facilities that do not have a local FuelsManager system installed, users are able to log in online and enter data, such as transactions or orders, into a simple web interface.

Online Inventory

Corporate users, inventory owners or other stakeholders are able to access a real-time “snapshot” of product inventories across all connected sites.

Online Reporting

Enterprise users are able to access reports configured at each individual site, including BOL, inventory, orders and leak detection reports or run queries to create custom reports based on their unique requirements. A single display provides a list of all available reports configured at the local site. Automatically generated reports, alerts and notifications can be output to standard business formats, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, CSV, XML or Adobe PDF. Export data to Microsoft Excel and use its features to aggregate data or create professional charts and graphs. Alternatively, a standard CSV file can be exported from FuelsManager and imported into other third-party systems.

Online Alerts and Notifications

Configure automatic delivery for important events, such as new orders, critical inventory alarms (high-high, low-low, etc.), resupply levels and sensitive audits (unauthorized access attempts). Notifications can be sent via email to computers, cell phones, pagers, etc. to pre-configured user groups or individual email accounts, allowing you to define who receives notifications based on category, status or priority.

Online Configuration

All parameters and terminology can be easily configured, including products, customers, equipment and language to represent the way your local facility operates while seamlessly reporting to the enterprise. The unique Data Dictionary allows user defined terms at every site while still maintaining seamless integration of values with the enterprise system. For example, individual sites may use different engineering units to measure product but all report to the enterprise using the same units. The Data Dictionary also provides language independence. For example, a site with Latin American operators uses the same variables as the enterprise system configured in English but local users see the system in Spanish.
