Accurately Estimate Emissions for EPA Title V Reporting
Title V of the 1990 Clean Air Act requires that all major sources of air pollution obtain an operating permit. Tank farms and terminals may be a major source of emissions and, as such, they require a Title V permit. Facility owners and operators must estimate their total emissions each year. If this estimate is exceeded, they can be heavily penalized. Typically, a software application developed by the EPA, called TANKS, is used to submit total emissions for Title V applications.
Simple Configuration
FuelsManager reduces operator time and effort when estimating emissions and applying for an EPA Title V permit. The preconfigured historical tank database is used to calculate throughput for all tank types. Operators are able to add or remove tanks and select time periods before an analysis is performed. For example, analyzing specific tanks per month, per year or over any given period and display the results in the engineering units you select - gallons, bbls, etc.
Export Your Analysis to EPA TANKS Application
FuelsManager Oil & Gas provides a unique tool to assist with product throughput analysis for bulk petroleum storage tanks. All calculated data can be exported to a data file that can be opened in standard business software, such as Microsoft Excel or exported to U.S. EPA TANKS (version 4.09b) software.
