What Functionality Do Your Operations Require?Move Your Fueling Operations to Electronic TicketingEach FuelsManager® Aviation edition provides an electronic ticketing option to help you reduce the effort and remove the errors associated with handwritten paper tickets. Kiosk Fuel Ticketing. Fuel ticketing information can be entered into your FuelsManager® Kiosk in batches, either during the working day or at the end of each fueling operator’s shift. Efficient Data Entry. Fuel tickets can be printed at a FuelsManager® Kiosk and ticket information is automatically available to FuelsManager Fuels Accounting, eliminating the need for additional data entry by administrative personnel. Validating Fuel Tickets. The Professional edition ensures your records are accurate and complete by performing automatic cross-checks and validating data as it is entered by your fueling operators. IntoPlane Fueling. Ruggedized FuelsManager® IntoPlane computers and Data Capture Units are designed to fit your existing fueling operations. This includes all types of aircraft fueling vehicles (hydrant carts, hydrant vehicles, tank trucks), environment and infrastructure. Real-Time Ticket Process. Your fueling operators can utilize FuelsManager® IntoPlane computers for receiving, entering, calculating and validating all information throughout the aircraft fueling process in real-time. Dispatch Integration. Aircraft fueling details (fuel loads and aircraft information) can be downloaded from FuelsManager® Dispatch and viewed on the IntoPlane computer screens in real-time or manually entered and confirmed by the fueling operator. Fueling status is also reported back to FuelsManager® Dispatch, allowing your dispatcher to react quickly to any impending delays or fuel load changes. Automatic Data Capture. The Varec Data Capture Unit (DCU) interfaces to aircraft fueling vehicles’ fuel meters to capture fuel delivered aboard the aircraft. The volumes are transferred to its FuelsManager® IntoPlane computer via wireless communications. This eliminates data entry errors and ensures the final volume pumped is accurately calculated and validated prior to closing out the refueling. Completed Transactions. Once aircraft fueling is complete, the validated transaction information is sent to the FuelsManager® Aviation Server for use in Fuels Accounting or transferred to airline systems, such as ACARS for paperless fuel ticketing to the aircraft captain. Managing Your Fueling Resources EffectivelyUsing standard office or mobile software, your dispatchers are able to use data from pre-loaded flight schedules, as well as Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) and airline load planning systems to interact with aircraft fueling operators in real-time. Fueling Schedules. The main FuelsManager® Dispatch computer display combines all flight information into an intuitive, graphical representation of the current aircraft fuel servicing schedule. Real-time Information Management. Tailored display screens show the current status of all flights with up-to-date fueling information; manual paperwork is minimized. Automatic IntoPlane Updates. Allow your fueling operators to react quickly by sending fueling data and updates directly to the IntoPlane vehicle systems and Fuel Ticket Kiosks. Resource Planning. Provision of accurate and consistent real-time flight information allows you to highlight any potential for reducing vehicles. Up-to-date Ground Handling Information. Any changes affecting the current aircraft fueling schedule is clearly displayed to provide advanced warning of potential delays. Mobile Dispatching. Take your dispatch operations to the ramp with a ruggedized, vehicle mounted computer that runs FuelsManager Dispatch. Maintaining Accurate Fuel Inventory and AccountabilityFuelsManager® Aviation allows you to manage all transactions that are the result of fuel movements throughout your airport fueling system. This information can be entered manually, imported or automatically captured. You are able to manage receipts, issues, defuels, reloads/top-offs and also track book inventory movements, such as transfers and adjustments, through an intuitive Microsoft® Windows® User Interface. Transaction Journal. A summary of all transactions is provided for each day of activity. The individual details are calculated and book inventories can be sorted by date range, product or customer. Reconciliation. Compare the book fuel inventory to physical (stored) inventory with a single, easy-to-use Windows interface. The comparison results in a gain or loss, which allows you to “balance” your accounts on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Similarly, fuel meter reconciliation allows you to reconcile daily tickets for each aircraft fueling vehicle. Any tickets not entered in the system, entry errors and meter skips can be easily identified using this feature. Closeout and Reporting. You can closeout and report your fuel transactions with ease for a specific time period, automatically creating an audit trail. Transactions within a closed period cannot be modified, ensuring published data is not changed by mistake. Access Information from All Your AirportsThe Enterprise edition provides corporate-wide overviews and administration of all FuelsManager® Aviation installations. It enables remote users and customers to secure access data relevant to their respective business operations using a standard web browser. Integrate with Microsoft® Office. Do you require up-to-date information for business meetings or reports? FuelsManager® Enterprise Edition allows you to quickly export data in various file formats. For example, export data to Microsoft Excel and use Excel’s features to aggregate data or create professional charts and graphs. Alternatively, a standard CSV file can be exported from FuelsManager and imported into other third-party systems. Web Fuel Ticketing. The Enterprise edition allows aircraft fuel ticket information to be entered over the Internet or your Intranet using a standard web browser. This allows you a very cost-effective ticketing solution for smaller airport operations. Automated Reporting Services. Each authorized user is able to view reports of their specific data from all airport locations. Reports can also be automatically exported by the FuelsManager® Web Server and delivered via email to designated users. Optional InterfacesFuelsManager® Aviation is able to seamlessly import and export data via the following optional interfaces: Flight Schedules. Allow your dispatchers to plan and manage resources more effectively! A custom interface imports standard airline marketing schedules into FuelsManager® Aviation Dispatch. FIDS. React quickly to flight schedule and gate changes! The FIDS interface provides real-time flight information updates directly into FuelsManager® Aviation Dispatch. Fuel Loads. Reduce the effort required to collect, document and deliver fuel load information! This unique interface receives and collates fueling data and dispatched fuel orders in real-time. Weights and Balances. Improve your operations and save time by automatically verifying aircraft fuel loads with airline Weights and Balances systems! This real-time interface gives your fueling operators the ability to automatically calculate and validate correct fuel loads at the aircraft wingtip. ExSTARS. Have the confidence of knowing your ExSTARS report is accurately submitted to the IRS on-time, each and every month! The required EDI file is automatically calculated and includes a daily summary of all receipts and issues, product returns/credits, book adjustments, daily net totals and end-of-month physical inventories.
