Custom Interfaces. FuelsManager can be adapted to exchange data with your existing systems. FuelsManager Web Server. FuelsManager Web Server is able to interface to all local FuelsManager Servers. This allows information to be provided to your employees and business partners, including airlines, service providers and oil companies. Fuel Ticket Kiosk. The Fuel Ticket Kiosk provides an easy and efficient way for your fuelers to enter ticket information into the FuelsManager system, either during the working day or at the end of a fueler’s shift. Fuels Accounting Workstation. Your administrative personnel are able to perform accounting functions of a day’s fueling activities. Dispatch Workstation. Your dispatchers are able to monitor, manage and dispatch all resources and fuel load information for aircraft fueling in real-time. Local FuelsManager Server. Each Standard or Professional Edition FuelsManager PC can be connected to the FuelsManager Web Server located at the Company Headquarters. Mobile Dispatch. Mobile Dispatch provides the same functions as Dispatch, but on a mobile computer installed in your supervisor’s vehicle. Wireless Communications. The IntoPlane Handheld, Truck or Mobile Dispatch Systems communicate with the FuelsManager Aviation Server via wireless technology. ACARS Messaging. FuelsManager Aviation can print the completed transaction at the gate and also create an ACARS message that may be transmitted to the aircraft cockpit for paperless fuel ticketing. IntoPlane Vehicle Systems. Data Capture Units interface to the fuel meters and transfer captured start and stop meter values to the IntoPlane Handheld or Truck Computers. The fueler is then able to calculate and validate the entire fueling process directly at the wingtip.
